Monday is the deadline to register for free computer courses tobe offered by the Niagara Falls Housing Authority in its FamilyResource Building,3001 Ninth St.
The classes, beginning in April, will include introductions tocomputing, to the Internet and to business computing. Advancedclasses also will beavailable.
The Family Resource Building also will be the site of aninformation program sponsored by Niagara Catholic High School at 6p.m. April 8. School representatives will discuss NiagaraCatholic's tuition, tuition assistance, athletic opportunities,academic programs, class size, teaching staff, family involvement,dress code, transportation and development program from students inseventh through 12th grades.The Housing Authority also will accept applications until 4:30p.m. April 25 for a $1,000 scholarship for a Niagara Falls residentwho is a high school senior or a high school graduate not alreadyattending a college, university or certified trade school.Scholarship applications are available at the Family ResourceBuilding.
