NSW: Two charged over officer s death

One man has faced court accused of murdering a New South Wales police officer while
his alleged accomplice has been granted bail.

Police have charged two men over the death of Senior Constable JIM AFFLECK, who was
allegedly run down at high speed yesterday morning.

TREVOR EDWARD HOLTON, 25, of Claymore, has faced Burwood Local Court charged with murder,
dangerous driving occasioning death and stealing.

His alleged accomplice, a 29-year-old Moss Vale man, was charged late today with stealing
from a person and illegal use of a motor vehicle.
